Rene Marie Russo, an American actor and film maker who was a former supermodel is also a director of films. She is known for her beautiful beauty and her long-standing presence in the intense film industry is a reflection of her skills and talent as a performer. When she was a model in her early years, she first began modeling in the 70s. Her popularity quickly grew in the field of modeling. At the beginning of the following decade, she began studying theatre and acting prior to appearing on the stage in Los Angeles and elsewhere in California. Rose Namajunas, one of the most well-known female UFC athletes, is an extremely successful athlete. She began as an amateur, fighting in various regional events. Invicta Fighting Championships signed her on and later she signed up for Ultimate Fighting Championships. Due to her successes both inside and beyond the Octagon, Namajunas is an everyday word ever since her joining the UFC. Namajunas' family is Lithuanian and she was born there on June 29th in 1992. Rose was a basketball player and kickeboxing when she was growing up. Invicta Fighting Championships took her on the 18-year-old at the age of 18, and went on to take home two fights by submission. Dana White took notice of the fact that she had won, and was signed to UFC's strawweight category in the month of December, 2014 when Rose was only 22. The career of Rose has been full of both lows and highs and she's in a position to emerge from it on top. Rose took on Carla Esparza on April 15, 2015, for the Women s Strawweight Championship. Rose defeated Esparza via a technical knockout within just under 3 minutes round One. Rose not only took home the title but she was also recognized as Fighter Of The Night. Rose has also created MMA history with this match because she became the first woman to compete in a title fight in any organization of note. Namajunas continued to have many wins, including two victories against Joanna Jedrzejczyk that earned her Best Performance of the Night award from UFC.
